All applicants must meet the following requirements to become a candidate for United Nanny:

◦ Ability to work legally within the United States.

◦ At least 18 years of age.

◦ 3+ years of relevant professional childcare experience.

◦ Complete our application.

◦ Create a United Nanny Profile.

◦ Interview with a United Nanny representative.

◦ Able to be CPR and First Aid certified by first day of employment. Certification may be provided by United Nanny.

◦ 3+ references from past employers.

◦ Pass our background and reference check process.

◦ Addition requirements may be necessary. Many positions often necessitate college degrees, valid driver’s licenses, clean driving records, valid passports, and more.
