Placement Fee:

Package costs, including tax, total: Full Time Placement of $3,997 and Part Time Placement of $2,257.

To begin utilizing United Nanny’s placement process, United Nanny requires an initial non-refundable engagement cost of $250 which is included in the final placement price. This engagement cost is only after a family application and/or consultation with a United Nanny team member, and a family confirms they are ready to use United Nanny to find their next nanny. The initial engagement cost is good for 6 months. If a Client decides not to use United Nanny we will hold the engagement cost for 6 months incase the Client decided to use United Nanny’s services in that time. If a client returns after 6 months or requires another placement within 6 months, another engagement cost will be required.

Once a contract or offer is officially agreed to between a family and a placement candidate United Nanny will send an invoice for the remaining total of Full Time Placement $3,747 and a Part Time Placement of $2,007.

Refund Policy:

(a) United Nanny’s services, starting on the date a placement agreement has been requested, are good for 6 months. The placement fee includes any placement and one replacement, see Replacement Policy. The placement is only successful if the Client decides to hire a Candidate sent by United Nanny.

(b) Beginning at a Candidate's start date, if the Candidate fails to remain in the position for a period of 60 days, United Nanny's replacement policy will immediately take effect, see Replacement Policy. If United Nanny agrees the placement of the initial candidate and replacement candidate, was unsuccessful, United Nanny shall issue a refund for the Client’s final placement fee within 7 days after United Nanny has been notified. The Client is aware that once a refund is issued, it typically takes up to two weeks for the payment to arrive back in the Client’s account.

(c) Once the initial Candidate is successfully placed for 60 days, no refunds or replacements shall be accepted, unless otherwise stipulated in the Client and United Nanny contract.

Limited Replacement Guarantee Policy:

If the initial Candidate leaves Client’s employment within the replacement policy time limits set forth in the Clients selected placement package (60 days from the Candidate’s first day of employment or other engagement with the Client), United Nanny will make reasonable efforts according to applicable law for 30 days to provide additional referrals for a maximum of one replacement Candidate to Client. Client has 60 days from the date of the Candidate’s last day of employment or other engagement with Client to invoke this replacement policy with United Nanny. United Nanny’s obligation to provide additional referrals is expressly conditioned on Client’s (1) satisfaction of all or its obligations under this agreement, including but not limited to payment of all United Nanny’s fees and charges in a timely manner: (2) notification to United Nanny within 48 hours of the Candidate’s termination of employment: (3) abiding by all applicable laws, including paying the Candidates in a timely manner in full as required by law: (4) not materially changing the Candidate’s job duties or job description: (5) providing United Nanny with a fully executed copy of the Client’s work agreement with the Candidate by the Candidate’s first day of employment or engagement with Client: (6) not engaging in any acts of harassment, abuse, or moral turpitude in the context of employment relationship. Determining compliance with these conditions is in the sole and absolute discretion of United Nanny. If Client fails to satisfy all of the aforementioned conditions, United Nanny shall have no further obligation to Client. United Nanny’s obligation to provide additional referrals shall not apply if the Candidate gives Client notice of their intention to terminate their employment with Client after 30 days from the Candidate’s first day of employment or other engagement with the Client.
